DeliKaktus in Lorrach

Good portions. Rich, rich, rich.

We finally made it back to DeliKaktus, after not being in Lörrach for a number of months. As always, the food was delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. My wife had the “Hippy Bowl” and then a truly decadent brownie. I followed my meal with a rich, dense apple-date pain d’epice, that was perfect for the crisp fall afternoon. As always, it was a delicious experience and we will be back the next time we come to town!

I have visited this place many times over abd each time I leave a happy customer. The food is always fresh and the flavours are positively surprising, the dishes really creative. It's my favourite place in and around Lörrach. Some reviewer wrote at some point that the portions are small-I must disagree. You have a choice of small or big portion (the bogyis just a little extra- €1 if I remmeber well) For the price you pay you get a lot of food and I have neve ever left the restaurant hungry despite often ordering just the small portions. The owners really truly care about the food they serve and about their customers. I highly recommend this little restaurant to not only vegans, but everyone who loves goos food

Whole food plant based at its finest and inexpensive. Nice that there is something in Lörrach.

Visited from Basel on a Sunday for some lunch. They serve really delicious vegan food, all homemade. We were really impressed with everything on offer. I especially loved the quiche and Mediterranean smoothie. The cafe is located on a side street so make sure to check the map. Well worth the trip!

There is good coffee and cake here. Cakes are delicious, and the food, too, is VEGANES Cafe.

Small but nice! :) The cafe is (still) an absolute insider tip, changing cakes, soups, quiche etc. and alternative drinks are offered. Very nice staff, we would love to come back! ;)

Cozy little restaurant with super delicious food. The marzipan cookies I bought for home are also very good. The owners are very nice and the service great. Highly recommended :)

Delicious, fresh food. The portions are filling, you can pack everything for a deposit of 2 euros in glass jars. Zero-waste and extremely friendly, open staff.

Lovely tiny place with huge quality and care from the managers. A place where to enjoy a calm and tasty time, highly advised. Follow the signs to find it!

Great food. Great cause. They make everything fresh from local ingredients. Water is free unlimited which is nice. Everyday the menu changes. I really recommend the Persian rice and vegan cheese cake! Prices are very fair..

Cute little cafe that serves delicious vegan food (I particularly enjoyed the hummus and the chestnut cake) for very decent prices. The cafe is run by a welcoming and hospitable couple, who take great care of their guests and also of the environment.

Natalie and Amit are as adorable as their little cafe. Everything very personal, delicious and a really exciting concept. Too bad that Lörrach is so far, otherwise I would come much more often. Absolutely keep this up! ♥

Great cafe with a great and alternate choice of cakes. Will certainly come even more often, even to test the non-sweet things. Very friendly, sympathetic owners. You can feel how much love stands behind the concept. Unfortunately a bit hidden in Lörrach, but absolutely worthwhile to come here and enjoy coffee + something delicious.

Wonderful little cafe with cosy decor tucked away on a side street. Delicious homemade cakes and biscuits served by a welcoming host couple. We bought some handmade tahini and dates from Israel to take home as well... exquisite!

We had in DeliKaktus a great vegan dish that include a main dish + salad and a dessert for a very descent price of 10euros (9euros + tip) The main dishes (or part of them) seem to change daily according to a daily 'menu' The restaurant has a simpe and yet nice design that creates a nice calm and positive atmosphere. Portions we had were medium size (will suffice but you can't get bloated). Chocolate (vegan) cake was surprisingly good ! We really liked the place. Tasty meal and a dessert for a really good price.
